CAMP FEES 2026​​

Early Bird Rates from March 15th to April 26th, 2026

Register and make your payment before or on April 26th, 2026:

Children under 3 years old free.

1 adult, no children over 3 years old $205 

1 adult + one child (3 years old or older) $265 

1 adult + 2 children $325

1 adult + 3 children $385

Add $70, if you want to have a RV-spot (2 nights)

​Participation fee includes: meals, a tent spot, and the educational program.
Meals included: dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday, campfire snacks.​​

• RV spots have an electric hookup, and water, but no sewage or dump. 

• Tent campers: Campsites are on a grass lawn, and some tent spots are covered by beautiful grape vines. Bring a tent with sleeping bags and mattresses.

• Cabins have a queen bed or two full beds, small bathroom (toilet and sink), fridge, microwave and AC. Please bring your own sheets, pillows and blanket/sleeping bags.

• Family cabin has two queen beds, small bathroom (toilet and sink), fridge, microwave, AC. Please bring your own sheets, pillows and blanket/sleeping bags

•  If you are interested in cabin lodging please notice 

  • ​Cabins are assigned in the order of registration, and reservations are required to secure a spot. Family cabin will be considered first for bigger families (3 or more children).

  • Last year all cabins were sold out within the first 30 minutes after the registration opened, act fast to book yours this year! 

  • Cabins are booked during the registration. Payment of the cabin can be made after receiving a confirmation email. ​

Edgewater Inn hotel is walking distance from Hauli Huvila Campground.

Cancellation Policy: Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.

If there aren't enough enrollments, the camp may be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
