Registration opens on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, at 9 AM
How to enroll?
1. Fill out the Registration Form
2. Pay the enrollment fees
Use the buttons below to first fill out the enrollment and then pay. Registration is complete when both steps are done.
There is a limited amount of cabins. If you book a cabin, we will send you a confirmation email about your registration.
Your registration is final once you have completed the registration form and paid the camp fee.
The early bird discount is for registration and payments made on or before Sunday, April 26th, 2026.
After that, the full payment is charged.
The last day to enroll is Tuesday, June 30th, 2026.
Registration opens Sunday, March 15th at 9:00 AM PT.
Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to mitigate any unforeseen circumstances.
If you register and pay for a cabin, but do not get one assigned, we will refund the difference between the Cabin price and standard campsite registration.
If there aren't enough enrollments, the camp may be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
